HR managers deliberate upon employee welfare initiatives in post-Covid era at Fortis HR Conclave-2022

Chandigarh, April 29, 2022: To help Human Resource managers chalk out strategies for the well-being of employees and the way forward in the post-pandemic era, Fortis Hospital Mohali recently hosted an HR Conclave under the ‘Guardians of Health banner’ at RED Radisson, Mohali.

The Fortis HR Conclave 2022was attended by more than 200 Chief Human Resources Officers, HR Directors and CEOs from leading corporates of the Tricity who shared their views on ‘Reinventing Role of HR in the New Normal-2022’.

The conclave aimed to help the HRs understand and manage the processes and the protocols introduced due to the Covid-19 pandemic such as work from home, digitization of employees, holistic approach, well-being of the workforce and the way forward to operate in the new normal in the post-pandemic era.
The HR Conclave was inaugurated by Ashish Bhatia, Business Head, Fortis Healthcare Ltd; Abhijit Singh, Head-Strategic Business Unit; Dr Hardeep Singh, Department of Mental Health and Behavioural Sciences, Fortis Mohali; and DNV Kumara Guru, Director – External Relations at Indian School of Business (ISB).

Three panel sessions – Employees Mental Health & Covid 19, Reimagining the Workplace and Redefining Employee Benefits – witnessed some great minds of leading corporates from IT, Pharma, Banking, Education, Food Corporation, Telecom, Automobile, Realty, Sports, Textiles etc.deliberated upon the challenges faced by employees during the pandemic and welfare policies that would drive the workforce in future.

The conclave was well-received and appreciated by the gathering.
